MISSION
ACCESSBEACON is a Non Governmental Organisation. We believe to serve others is the way to God. Christianity preaches loving your neighbour as yourself. ACCESS is spreading that word through the good works we are doing in rural India. We want to teach others to help themselves become stronger.

One of our major focuses is on the Adonai Beacon Agro (ABA) Farms, It is an initiative to improve the lives of people in some of the most neglected parts of India. We are currently working with 500 family farmers to grow cashews, moringa, and turmeric. In 2020, we plan to expand the project to an additional 1000 farmers. The goal is to raise the income of these farmers from $2/day to $10/day.
We are currently working mainly in the State of Odisha, one of the poorest places in India. This area consists of tribal Christian families in remote mountain regions. They are far away from any local or state government, which results in almost no financial support. Whatever improvements they need to make, they must do on their own. As a result, the people live in poverty, malnutrition, and illiteracy.
ACCESSBEACON is working with these people to increase their income and, therefore, their standard of living. We want them to succeed due to their own work. Any crops they can currently sell must go through a middle man who makes the profit while the farmer is forced to take a low, fixed price.

We are working to get the farmers educated on the best way to grow crops. ACCESS is providing seeds, training, and equipment to the farmers. Once the farmers are producing healthy crops, we will be assisting them to get accepted into Fair Trade India. Fair Trade agreements work on the premise that buying goods from farmers in developing countries is more effective in creating sustainable growth than charity and financial aid.
